ARTICLE 1:

Application of the general conditions of sale

The present general conditions of sale apply to the services provided by the establishment. These general conditions of sale are sent to the customer at the same time as the quote, to enable him/her to make their reservation. Any booking therefore implies that the customer fully and unreservedly adheres to these conditions to the exclusion of any other document such as prospectus, commercial documents, etc.

ARTICLE II:

Reservation – Deposit

The customer must confirm their reservation through L’Ane Vert’s reservation system or email, by a deposit via paypal or bank transfer, an amount equivalent to 50% of the value of the stay. In the absence of payment on time, the establishment does not confirm the reservation and does not guarantee the availability of tents / lodge / reserved rooms.

ARTICLE III:

Organization of the reservation

– Rooms: The rooms will be made available to the beneficiaries from 15:00 and must be released the day of departure before 11:00. Any exceeding of this period may result in the billing of an additional night.

– No-show: The « no-shows » (services ordered not cancelled) will be charged on the basis of the entire stay.

ARTICLE IV: Long Stay

In case of long stay (more than a week), billing will be established per week.

ARTICLE V: Modification of benefits

Any request for modification of the services in relation to the reservation made, must be addressed in writing to the establishment. The modification can be accepted and confirmed only according to the availabilities of the establishment at the time of the request.

ARTICLE VI: Total or partial cancellation

Total cancellation: If the customers informs L’Ane Vert of the cancellation within 14 days of their upcoming stay the refund will be reimbursed in full. If the customer cancels within 14 days of the upcoming booking the refund will not be reimbursed. In the case of changing the reservation, dependant on the availability, the hotel will apply the deposit to the new booking.

ARTICLE VII: Removal

In case of forced removal, the hotel reserves the right to have all or part of the participants stay in a different room or a hotel of proximity and of equivalent category, otherwise a partial refund will be made by the establishment the expenses inherent to the transfer remain the responsibility of the establishment, which can not be sought in payment of any additional compensation.

ARTICLE VIII: Price

The rate base is expressed in euro on the site, the conversion in MAD is made on a basis of 1 € / 10MAD. Rates confirmed on the reservation request are firm until the end date of the option exercise. After this period, they are subject to change depending on economic conditions. The applicable tariffs are then those in force the day of the realization of the service.

ARTICLE IX: Terms of payment

The price settlement conditions are divided as follows:

At the end of your stay, the deposit will be deducted on the final bill, for the period originally planned. The invoice balance is payable upon receipt on the day of departure. Unless otherwise stipulated, no payment deadline is granted. The payment of extras (drinks, activity, meals …) demanded to the participants, will be provided by the participants concerned at the reception at the checkout.

ARTICLE X: Insurance – Damage – Breakage – Theft

The client must take care of his property and materials. The customer will have to inform the establishment of any degradation of which it would be at the origin. He is responsible for all damage caused by his intermediary and undertakes, in the event of deterioration of the places made available, to bear the costs of restoration.

ARTICLE XI: Recommendations

The customer undertakes not to invite any person whose behavior is likely to cause damage to the establishment, the latter reserving the right to intervene if necessary. The customer can not bring from the outside any drinks or food without prior authorization from the management. The client will ensure that the participants do not interfere with the operation of the establishment or the safety of the institution and the people therein.

ARTICLE XII: Force Majeure

The establishment may be released from its obligations or suspend the execution if it is unable to assume them due to the occurrence of a case of force majeure, severe weather conditions, major technical problems, including in case of total or partial destruction of the establishment, etc …
